1 Do I need to download an app to use talk?

Yes. If you are using PC, Laptop You will need Third Party Browser (Google Chrome - Highly recommended) installed in your Operating system. You just need to register as a user and enjoy the functionality. Talk is Cloud based software and available on Public domain. Other Than this For Android Users App is available at Play store Click here to visit

2 What are the features of talk?

This Cloud Software provides high-quality audio, video, and screen sharing using the browser’s built-in support for web real-time communication (WebRTC) libraries. WebRTC is a standard supported by all major browsers, including Chrome, FireFox, Safari, and Safari Mobile. For best results on desktop and laptops, we recommend Chrome or Firefox. For Chromebooks, we recommend the built-in Chrome browser.

3 Is my conference sessions secure?

Yes. The Software is using Amazon Web servers and their services .

4 Can I login from my mobile phone to use talk?

Yes. Absolutely Works well for audio conferencing. Screen sharing does not allows on Touch devices.

5 Is the use of talk free?

Yes . Webinars Are Free forTalk is free for 1:1 engagements of up to 45 minues. There is a small fee for groups. This is reflected on the pricing page.

6 What is the maximum number of participants in one conference?

Audio-visual 15, Audio only 50-100

7 Can a conference be recorded for future use by the host?

The recording will be available 30 minutes after the session in recording sections of users.

8 How do I pay for a session?

You can add money in Gromiles talk e-wallet . Available for logged in user

9 Can I cancel a conference session?

Conference modification has a flexibility to cancel session before 10 minutes of start Time.

10 Can I postpone a booked session?

Kindly delete session before 10 minutes or else you will be charged as per its calculated cost.

11 How many users can Join in session?

Group sessions with a maximum of 18 users including host is available right now. If you want more Contact us now.Or send message to our support board (chat)

12 What payment methods are available?

For person Outside India transaction can be done by International Credit card or Debit card.

For person who resides in India can add money in E- wallet of Gromiles talk by Cards(Credit card, Debit card), Netbanking, UPI, Wallets(FreeCharge, Amazon pay etc.) .

13 Do I need to pay online transaction fees ?

For Person who resides in India don't have to pay transaction fee.

For Person who resides Outside India has to pay additional transaction fee i.e. 6 INR per transaction.

14 My amount was debited from my account but the transaction was failed..

We receive acknowledgment of successfull payment within 15 minutes. If your transaction shows fail message in system and amount deducted from bank account kindly contact your bank if they do not revert money. For further investigation send your email to supportboard or send mail with Tracking number to contact us page

You need not worry. Your amount will be refunded back to your source account within 72 hours. Refunds take upto 3-7 business days from the date of refund to reflect in your bank account (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).

15 Does your payment declined/failed ?

Payment declined due to risk checks. Risk checks are performed by Payumoney, Gateway and Issuer Bank(Yours). The customer must retry with a different card or method.

Issuer Bank(Yours) can decline the card due to multiple checks at their end. The exact reason in this case is not shared with Payumoney. Customer needs to reach out to the issuing bank.

The issuing bank(Yours) was facing technical problems at the moment the payment was attempted. This usually occurs when the Core Banking System encounters a technical error while processing the payment,
